Lil' Yogis

Michelle, owner and yogi will lead children through an active yoga session. Through various poses and activities, the children will have an opportunity to practice listening, participation and gross-motor skills. They will also have the ability to learn the early concepts of yoga through practicing breathing exercises, namaste and shavasana, too. Ages 1-5.  *Classes available under membership programs: http://www.wund3rkid.com/membership
